Lentifect™慢病毒
慢病毒载体是将目的基因序列导入普通细胞与难转染细胞中的一种强有力手段。慢病毒通过感染细胞,将目的基因转导至靶细胞的基因组,使目的基因在活体及体外实验均能持续表达。为获得高滴度和稳定均一的慢病毒,慢病毒的包装、纯化和滴度测定都需要较长时间和足够的经验,而GeneCopoeia拥有专业的慢病毒包装团队,保证产品的高质量。

以GeneCopoeia eGFP慢病毒感染H1299细胞
图1. 于24孔板中,使用图示用量的eGFP纯化慢病毒(catalog number LPP-EGFP-LV105)感染H1299细胞(ATCC),添加5 µg/ml polybrene试剂。感染72小时后,使用荧光显微镜观察eGFP表达情况。
