钠离子探针:SBFI, AM

介绍

SBFI , AM 是可穿透细胞的钠离子探针,用于测量细胞内的钠离子浓度水平、细胞的钠离子外向通量,以及结合其他荧光离子探针关联细胞内钠离子、钙离子及镁离子浓度、细胞内pH值和膜电位。SBFI 对钠离子的光谱响应使得激发比测量成为可能。

SBFI 与钠离子的解离常数在没有钾离子是3.8 mM,在溶液中钠离子和钾离子浓度为135 mM (近似生理离子强度)时是11.3 mM。SBFI 对钠离子的选择度比对钾离子高约18倍。SBFI, AM 包装规格为1mg(货号:C268),同时也提供20×50 μg的特殊包装规格(货号:C269)。
